For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for :

Job description :

• Providing telephone services support to customers.
• Recognizing and solving technical issues.
• Granting information regarding products and their functionality.
• Submitting reports into the system.

Expectations :

Excellent fluency in Romanian (C1).

Decent fleuncy in English (B1 / B2).

Communicativeness and willingness to work with customers.

Offer :

On-site.

Contract of mandate OR contract of employment.

Monday - Friday / 8 : 00 - 17 : 00.

Minimal disposition of 120 hours in a month.
