Customer Service Agent with Romanian

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • Providing customer support via email and answering phone calls;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Providing product-related information;
  • Carrying out additional assignments for the Client, including but not limited to website translations, manual updates, and similar tasks.

Our requirements

  • Someone with Romanian language skills at C1 level or higher – based on experience, we know that candidates often underestimate their abilities, so let us assess your level!
  • An open-minded, motivated person with high personal culture person;
  • Someone with a positive attitude toward customers and a team spirit to match our great office vibe;
  • Availability : Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
