Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

Providing customer support via email and answering phone calls;
Handling complaints;
Providing product-related information;
Carrying out additional assignments for the Client, including but not limited to website translations, manual updates, and similar tasks.

Our requirements

Someone with Romanian language skills at C1 level or higher – based on experience, we know that candidates often underestimate their abilities, so let us assess your level!

An open-minded, motivated person with high personal culture person;

Someone with a positive attitude toward customers and a team spirit to match our great office vibe;

Availability : Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
