Description
Reporting to the Cluster Head Distributor Market - CEE / CIS, you will own and lead the commercial operations function for Distributor markets of Galderma, with a focus on design and deliver comprehensive training programs for distributor sales teams, focusing on customer relationship management, sales techniques, and other relevant skills. This involves developing and executing Galderma distributors strategies for sales incentive planning, segmentation, and targeting. The mission is to empower distributor’s sales force within the regions, enabling them to maximize their sales potential and drive business growth. Furthermore, coordinate e-commerce and digital initiatives with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sales channels and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Initiatives with Distributors :
- Develop and implement SFE initiatives in collaboration with distributors, focusing on areas such as CRM utilization, customer segmentation principles, and incentive compensation structures.
- Align SFE plans with Galderma Global Commercial Operations (ComOp) strategy to ensure consistency and synergy across all business units.
Design and Deliver Training Programs for Distributor Sales Teams :
Create comprehensive training programs tailored to distributor sales teams, covering topics such as customer relationship management and effective sales techniques.Equip distributor sales forces with the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize sales potential and achieve business objectives.Coordinate E-commerce & Digital Initiatives :
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate e-commerce and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.Drive the implementation of digital strategies to optimize sales channels and enhance customer engagement.Build Strong Cross-Functional Relationships :
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers across departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.Foster collaboration and communication to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of initiatives.Provide Ready-to-Use Analysis & Data Sets :
Generate and provide actionable analysis and data sets to the business, including product insights and market trends.Deliver timely and relevant information to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.Skills & Qualifications
University Master degreeFluent spoken and written EnglishDemonstrated experience in leading SFE initiatives, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Proven track record of driving sales performance improvements through distributor management and SFE strategies.Strong background in designing and delivering training programs, particularly for distributor sales teams.Ability to develop training content that effectively enhances sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.What we offer in return
