Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, general management, or service delivery.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to inspire and manage distributed teams.
  • Track record of improving efficiency, scaling operations, and managing performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish is required.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — you bring energy and clarity to complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead nationwide operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across regions and work closely with central leadership.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and financial performance, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to support growth and service innovation.
