About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Country Manager for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) to join our client’s growing team. In this newly created role, you will lead the development and execution of operations across the CEE region. Your responsibilities will include driving commercial performance, establishing a strong local presence, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders—including distributors, healthcare professionals, payers, and policymakers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the business in a dynamic and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the country strategy to exceed sales targets and maximize product value.
  • Partner with distributors to manage day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for product launches and ongoing commercial activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, payers, policy makers, and patient associations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively submit business cases to support growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, operational plans, and market intelligence reports.
  • Oversee pricing and tender strategies, ensuring distributor adherence to company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

Minimum 15 years in biopharmaceutical marketing, with a strong track record in regional leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Must have managed the activity of distributor partners for pharmaceutical products.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.

Skills :

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
