Your responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
- Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
- Interact with the internal and external team via e-mail / phone / CRM Tools
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
Our requirements
1 -2 years of experience in a BPO environmentGood understanding of Supply Chain managementExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferredExcellent German (min. C1) & good English (min.
