Credit Management Expert with German

Your responsibilities
- Credit management activities for German customer's portfolio, risk assessment, monitoring and adjusting customer credit limits within company policy and process, reporting
- Managing blocks and releases of customer accounts in SAP
- Checking of credit-blocked orders for changes and, if necessary, release of orders
- Monitoring compliance with the guidelines for cross-divisional transactions and adapting your own to changes
- Processing debt collection "End customer" in the context of further judicial recovery
- Carrying out risk analyses and assessing the costs of bad debts - checking, analyzing and coordinating deviations.
- Managing customer's relations, negotiating telephone calls and conversations in the respective national language
- Support in the cross-divisional "Collection" process
- Obtaining information and providing information and preparing documents from and for authorities, banks, debt collection agencies, lawyers, insolvency administrators and other departments.
- Performing month-end activities with the aim of acting as a "back-up"
- Preparation of the annual credit limit review and quarterly "Open Account" review
- Continuous reconciliation of data Business information (internal / external system)
- Constant cooperation with finance and sales local teams
- Looking for areas of improvement in the process
Our requirements
Fluent in written and spoken German language (min.C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)Experience in the finance area (preferably Credit management / Accounts receivables department)Good knowledge of SAP Hana systems and very good knowledge of ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional interaction with internal and external customersOptional
