The Job
You will be responsible for :
Driving the store sales and service performance for a group of stores.Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.Managing manpower planning and rostering to ensure smooth daily operations.Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teamsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersThe Employer
