Warehouse Worker at Allegro One

Location :  Łódź, ul.Manewrowa

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes : a) To fulfil legal obligations related to the recruitment process, primarily those arising from the Labour Code – the legal basis for the processing is the legal obligation imposed on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016 / 679 (GDPR) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code); b) To conduct the recruitment process with respect to data not required by law – the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); c) For future recruitment processes, if consent for such processing has been given – the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); d) To establish, exercise or defend potential claims by the Controller – the legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Your personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the Controller : such as IT service providers. Personal data may also be disclosed to potential employers and to entities authorized under the law.

Data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or for a period of 1 year. The retention period may be extended by the limitation period for claims if the data is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims by the Controller.

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Controller.

Providing the personal data mentioned in point a) above is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing the data and consent referred to in point b) above is voluntary and will not affect your participation in the recruitment process (it will not be grounds for unfavourable treatment or refusal of employment).

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe your data is being processed by the Controller in violation of the GDPR.
