Order Management Specialist with French

Job Description

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and an exceptional customer experience.

Your role :

  • Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
  • Coordination of the end-to-end order delivery process
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
  • Investigation and resolution of customers’ queries
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with our customers
  • Participation in process improvement projects

    • You're the right fit if :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
  • You speak and write fluently in French
  • Your English is at a B2 Level
  • MS Office, especially Excel, isn’t a new tool for you
  • You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • You have good communication skills, cultural awareness, and you are proactive
  • Previous experience within Order Management / Customer Service would be a plus
  • Knowledge of logistics / supply chain is nice to have
  • Knowledge of SAP and / or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
