SYS VISAS LTD is a consumer services company based out of 26 BETHAM ROAD GREENFORD, EALING, United Kingdom.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Driving the store sales and service performance for a group of stores.
  • Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
  • Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
  • Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
  • Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
  • Managing manpower planning and rostering to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
  • You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
  • You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
