Outbound Supervisor

As an Outbound Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operational supervision and development of the Outbound team. You will oversee and coordinate all Outbound operations ensuring timely and accurate shipping of the orders. You will lead a team of warehouse operators and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Manage and supervise daily shipping operations including internal move and preparing and shipping orders.
• Ensure high levels of operational KPI’s within your department.
• Coordinate with production planner, business support, sortation, inventory and production teams to ensure seamless order flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job training.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures and actively promote a safety-first culture.
• Prepare shift reports and contribute to operational planning and resource allocation.
• Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) and portal tools to monitor workload, productivity, and exceptions.
