Job description
- taking active part in the process of full accounting of XTB SA subsidiaries (closing periods, reconciliation and analysis of accounting accounts in terms of correct entries)
- reporting as part of assigned duties
- payment realizing (invoices, client’s withdrawals),
- improving existing processes in cooperation with the team (cross reporting)
- cooperation within the group (Main Accountant, Controlling, Taxes, Local Agent)
- work with programs : Exact, Synergy,
- control and verification of accounting documents : assignment and booking in the accounting system of : purchase invoices, bank statements. Analysis and settlement of accounts, daily reconciliation of balances,
- cooperation with other departments of the company in the field of : control of cash and transactions concluded by clients, execution of cash withdrawals for clients of branches, reconciliation of clients' cash balances,
- cooperation in closing the books of the accounting period,
- control and preparation of books for audit, cooperation with the auditor.
Nice to have
