You are fluent in English and knowledge of German OR French OR Italian language at a minimum B2 level. As a Junior Specialist in Finance with German, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end OTI process. This position is ideal for candidates with strong interest in business administration or finance. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the OTI process, including order processing, invoicing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Location : 2 days per week in Warsaw office

Your responsibilities
- Create and administrate sales orders, contracts and purchase orders
- Issue customer invoices
- Maintain and control data in the systems
- Communicate and coordinate with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers (mainly in written form)
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s controls, policies and procedures
