Summary :

We are saving and sustaining lives by ensuring the stability of our Global Supply Chain planning system to ensure timely product availability to satisfy customer demand.

What will you be doing?

Supporting planners for E2E planning activities (planning of demand, distribution, production, inventory, capacity & material).

Coordinating and resolving issues with RapidResponse (data, defects, lack of training).

Maintaining the Rapid Response planning system (parameters, calendars, system upgrade).

Supervising system (daily data refresh automation, system performance, parameters),

Collaborating closely with other teams to resolve issues (IT, developers, process leaders).

Supporting development, testing and deployment of new functionalities and processes.

Driving adoption and effective utilization of SC systems by mentoring and supporting the user community.

Running planning activities as a central team (shadow planning for validation, improving user alignment, backup during employee leave).

Supporting projects passionate about the global transformation of the supply chain of Baxter from a systems and processes point of view.

Who are we looking for :

A person with demanding planning experience including statistical forecasting, material requirement planning, distribution planning, and excellent knowledge of demand / supply planning systems and ERP systems.

Guide in production planning & line load scheduling including capacity planning.

Proficient English speaker, with a university degree experience or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management level by career with at least two to five years in planning.

Experience in RapidResponse (Kinaxis RapidResponse Contributor and / or APICS certifications would be a plus) is a must.

Expected Skills : Analytical skills, communication and proactivity, responsibility, pro-active problem-solving demeanor, goal-oriented travel flexibility to attend meetings and work sessions in different locations, good written and oral communication skills
