Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, updating, renewing and maintaining standard contract documentation, ensuring compliance with the contract management process
- Maintaining customers' structures in the bonus management system and calculating and communicating customer rebate reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the pricing and sales team with customer queries, updating (NTR / Supersessions) and general processing and organising along with creating and maintaining of pricelists and price round impacts
- The gathering, cleaning and analysing of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform sales strategies and performance
- Developing and maintaining regular sales performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights
- Working closely with sales teams to understand their challenges and needs, providing data-driven support to enhance their effectiveness
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular data audits
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure that customer and sales requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled
Your Qualifications
Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, sales analysis or a similar role, typically ranging from 2 to 5 yearsKnowledge of SAP, experience with Salesforce and Power BI will be an added advantageStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods and their applicationBusiness-level fluency in English is required, knowledge of German will be an added advantageAn understanding of sales processes, market dynamics and customer behaviourStrong attention to detailAbility to identify problems and develop data-driven solutionsBasic project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-funcional teams, particularly Sales, Customer Services and TechnicalFlexibility and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies and industry practices as they evolveOur Offer
