Sales Management - Investment Proposal Specialist Your role

Are you interested in generating new business? Are you strongly interested in the financial industry in particular investments? Are you tech- and data-savvy? Do you work accurately? We are looking for you!

As part of our RFP team, you'll help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies. These responses are key to winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

You'll manage RFPs end-to-end, working with large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and presenting insights clearly. A structured, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. While deep technical skills aren't required, beingfortable with data analytics tools (see "Your Experience and Skills") will help you deliver faster, more insightful responses.

The main tasks of your role are :

  • To co-ordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs, RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for prospect clients and existing clients according to internal brand / style guidelines andpliance regulations.
  • To collaborate closely with portfolio managers, investment specialists and subject matter experts to improve RFP answers, ensure key messages are understood, and present our capabilities in the mostpelling way possible.
  • To ensure the RFP database is kept up-to-date and accurate, and quality continually improved
  • To help the team identifying and implementing digital solutions

Your team

You will be part of the RFP (Request for Proposals ) team with members in Europe, APAC, US and Switzerland. We support sales teams globally. In particular, you will engage with them providing RFP responses on a wide range of investment products. Our team has a direct impact in meeting sales targets and therefore in supporting business growth and client engagement. You will also have exposure to other Sales Management teams, gaining insight into how data, analytics, pricing and market intelligence support strategic decision-making.

  • Your expertise

    Your experience and skills

  • Investment knowledge across all asset classes
  • Studying for or having aplished CFA or similar is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (very familiar with pivot tables, PowerPivot / Get-And-Transform), PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL databases, R / Python is a strong advantage
  • Interest in / understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social andernance) factors in investments
  • Fluent English with excellent writing and proof-reading skills : an additional European language ( French or Italian) is a plus, while proficiency in German would be a strong plus
  • High attention to detail, accuracy andfortable using methodical approach to tasks
  • Strong project management skills and able to set priorities
  • Confidentmunicator, both orally and in writing, with audiences of different seniority
  • Ability to work with stakeholders locally and remotely as well as cross functions
