As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of a global leader in entertainment innovation, where advanced technology shapes the future of sound and visual experiences across multiple platforms. You will provide essential IT support to the office and EMEA region, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and incidents. You will support local infrastructure, including servers, networks, and video conferencing, while working with global IT teams to maintain operations and enhance user experience.

responsibilities :
Provide deskside support for PC hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), standard applications, printing, telephony, and video conferencing.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic computer operating system issues, ensuring minimal end-user disruption.
Manage service requests, incidents, problems, access, and changes in alignment with established IT service management best practices.
Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) as defined by management and end-users through process-oriented and structured ticket resolution.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in all service delivery activities.
Deliver exemplary customer service by effectively communicating and collaborating with users at all organizational levels.
Contribute to IT service enhancements and regional growth by actively participating in service improvement projects and supporting local infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and video conferencing systems.
Document technical issues and solutions thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
requirements-expected :
1-3+ years of experience in delivering end users IT Support.
Knowledge of basic computer hardware.
Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and macOS.
Experience with providing application support.
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Required proficiency in verbal and written business communication skills.
Willingness to occasionally travel for business and work during ogg hours to support project go-lives or coordinate with team members in other time zones for critical projects.
Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2+ / C1).
