About the Team
Direct Cooperation with 5 Product Managers in EMEA and distant cooperation with 4 regional Product Managers (NA, SA, APAC, India) with focus on Commercial Vehicles, air processing, compressors, and Fuel Cell products.
EMEA market responsibility with regular alignment with another regions, bringing a global perspective to the team.
What you can look forward to as a Product Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) :
- Sales & Profitability Management : track sales price and costs of the product, explain deviations of the customer profitability (costs and price); participates in the discussions and tracking the activities to put the product back on the profitability roadmap;
- Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management : Work with production and other departments to track cost saving, process improvement, and provide financial explanation and support;
- Supports Global Market Managers in the preparation of Operational and Strategy plans; follows up on the agreements with KATs;
- Opportunity management : checks and aligns the Customer Quotations with the Strategy plan; clarifies the differences;
- Competitor and market parameters management : maintains the information based on the feedback from Product Managers and KATs.
Your Profile as a Product Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) :
Successfully completed study in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another related field;Min. 3 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing, sales, finance project management;Technical background or understanding of technical aspects would be an asset;Interest in economics, product management;Previous experience in the automotive industry (would be an asset);Previous experience in working in a project team; remote management will be an advantage;Fluent in English;MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and SAP would be assets.Why you should choose ZF in Wroclaw?
