Shift work : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 07 : 00 - 19 : 00, Saturday - Sunday 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 twice a month working Saturdays & Sundays.
Airline Services
Tasks :
- Perform inbound calls, chats in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish
- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client.
- Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
- Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
- Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
Requirements :
Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantageBenefits
