Customer Service Rep / Travel Advisor with Scandinavian language skills

Swedish OR Norwegian OR Danish

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing person who likes dealing with people via phone and chat. No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature!

Your Responsibilities :

Be the 1st point of contact via phone and chat
Advise on flights, products, membership programs etc.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.

Requirements :

Fluent in written and spoken Swedish, Norwegian OR Danish with good level of English.

Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.

Active listener and able to communicate clearly.

Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.

Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
