Customer Support Advisor with Nordic Languages
WORK PLACE : Warsaw (support with relocation costs - flight+nights in hotel)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements :
Fluency in Norwegian / Swedish / Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).At least 6 months of experience in customer service.Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.Basic administrative and technical knowledge.Danish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 9 : 00-19 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-16 : 00).Finnish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-18 : 00).
Norwegian / Swedish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-20 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-20 : 00).
