Job description

Work model : on-site / hybrid

Level : Junior, Mid, Senior

Office locations : Warsaw, Gdansk, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, Lodz, Szczecin

Your responsibilities :

  • Working as part of team who support the business and offer suggestions to improve the processes
  • Providing internal multi-functional support
  • Contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries
  • Preparation of e-documents

Employer requirements

  • Knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages like Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish in at least B1 level
  • Communicative English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed
  • Nice to have :
