Miejsce pracy : Łódź

Your responsibilities

Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate trainings with trainers for global trainings delivery, managing their administrative / financial settlement incl. course and class creation, ongoing course maintenance, user enrollment management, as well as handling ordering and invoicing processes
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts from Global Learning Campus Team to plan, develop and deploy global learning programs within the LMS
Provide dedicated user support and guidance on LMS functionalities for employees and system administrators to ensure effective platform utilization

Our requirements

Higher education degree

Advanced proficiency in English — mandatory; German language skills are a plus

Practical knowledge of MS Excel

Very good organizational skills, attention to detail, careful and thorough with a strong focus on getting tasks done right and on time

Experience in coordinating trainings and managing their administrative / financial settlement

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
