Your responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate trainings with trainers for global trainings delivery, managing their administrative / financial settlement incl. course and class creation, ongoing course maintenance, user enrollment management, as well as handling ordering and invoicing processes
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts from Global Learning Campus Team to plan, develop and deploy global learning programs within the LMS
- Provide dedicated user support and guidance on LMS functionalities for employees and system administrators to ensure effective platform utilization
