We are looking for a Head of Technology Finance Management who has an experience in Finance Business Partner role with a robust understanding of Technology. You will lead and support the finance and performance management agenda of Group Technology, participate in setting the strategic direction to meet financial and business targets and facilitate planning, identification of cost drivers and impacts to business stakeholders.

As part of Group Finance, the Tech Financial Partnering team is the trusted advisor and strategic finance partner to Group Technology and its stakeholders at Nordea. You will join a team of dedicated and experienced Finance Partners with a global footprint across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Poland. With ample opportunities to improve and establish new ways of working, you will have a truly rewarding journey at Nordea.
You will be leading a team of 6 to 7 people whose roles span across strategy, program Financial management, allocations and reporting. You as a leader play a key role in developing and supporting your team members to reach their aspirations and unleash their full potential.
