Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Knowledge Resources : Create, update, and manage manuals, SOPs, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Evaluate and Improve the Common Operational Picture (COP) : Assess and refine the COP to enhance operational decision-making and usability.Identify Knowledge Management Needs : Conduct assessments to determine gaps and collaborate with departments to develop solutions.Develop and Maintain Process Maps : Design and update workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in documented procedures.Update Training Materials : Create and revise training content to align with organizational updates and learning best practices.Optimize the Knowledge Base : Regularly audit and enhance content structure for better accessibility and usability.Facilitate Knowledge Sharing : Promote best practices, encourage collaboration, and act as a knowledge-sharing liaison across teams.Technology and Tools Management : Evaluate and support the use of knowledge management systems and related software.Ensure Quality Assurance : Review materials for consistency, clarity, and compliance with company standards.Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Monitor advancements in knowledge management to implement best practices and innovations.Requirements
C1 English proficiency.Strong technical writing and research skills.Experience in knowledge management and process documentation.Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).Familiarity with CMS, LMS, or knowledge management tools.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Preferred Skills :
Basic graphic design (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Understanding of UX writing principles.
