Industrial Contracts Lawyer - Internal Manufacturing

You are based in Poland but attached to the Legal Department responsible for supporting the Industrial and Real Estate Department, based in France (Suresnes), which itself reports to the Group Legal Department.

Under the supervision of your hierarchy in France you will provide advice, draft, negotiate, and monitor contracts generated by some of the Servier manufacturing sites you are in charge of, notably the manufacturing site based in Anpharm (Poland).

You will handle all new contracts, renewal, amendments needed for the daily operations of the sites, such as raw material purchases, equipment purchases, equipment maintenance, and occasionally, all contracts required for work on the sites (engineering contracts, architect contracts, construction contracts. You will also oversee the claim management (respecting the Servier’s internal procedure).

As a member of the Legal Team within the Industrial and Real Estate Legal Department, you will contribute to the creation and review of templates of contracts, the establishment and follow up of the legal processes, and awareness-raising and training activities for business partners

Profile :

Holding a postgraduate degree in Business Law, you have several years of experience in the industrial sector and ideally have knowledge of construction law.

You position yourself as a true business partner due to your interest in and understanding of the company's challenges, your initiative, and your ability to take a stand. Creative and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team, in which you will demonstrate assertiveness, you ensure the security of the operations entrusted to you.

Due to the frequent interactions with your French legal colleagues, you speak English fluently,

Occasional travelling may be required (to France to meet your legal colleagues and to the countries where the sites you are in charge of are based).
