Job description
  • Support corporate transactions across multiple European jurisdictions, including acquisitions and financings.
  • Maintain and organise minute books and corporate records for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
  • Prepare, review and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and company filings.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including supplier, consultancy, and employment contracts.
  • Liaise with local counsel and service providers to ensure timely and compliant filings and corporate housekeeping.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal processes.

    • At least 5 years of l egal experience , preferably in a cross-border setting.
    • Significant transactional and corporate experience in Europe, including M&A and / or debt financings.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate maintenance.
    • Experience drafting or reviewing commercial contracts .
    • Fluent in English ; French, Spanish or German language skills are a strong asset.
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
    • A practical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Witty, adaptable, and comfortable navigating different business cultures and legal systems.
