Support corporate transactions across multiple European jurisdictions, including acquisitions and financings.Maintain and organise minute books and corporate records for the organisation and its subsidiaries.Prepare, review and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and company filings.Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including supplier, consultancy, and employment contracts.Liaise with local counsel and service providers to ensure timely and compliant filings and corporate housekeeping.Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal processes.An international company entering the Polish marketMultinational exposure in legal topics
- At least 5 years of l egal experience , preferably in a cross-border setting.
- Significant transactional and corporate experience in Europe, including M&A and / or debt financings.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate maintenance.
- Experience drafting or reviewing commercial contracts .
- Fluent in English ; French, Spanish or German language skills are a strong asset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- A practical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
