Who we’re looking for

Someone who :

• Has at least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (either in an agency or in-house),
• Is confident running end-to-end recruitment processes independently,
• Knows how to use sourcing tools and techniques effectively,
• Is a strong team player but can also manage tasks autonomously,
• Is well-organized, communicative, and results-driven.
