Job Summary
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented IT Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for technical roles.
Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements for IT positions.
Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or recruitment events as needed.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Perform other administrative tasks and support the recruitment team as required.
Requirements .
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience welcome).
Basic understanding of IT roles and technical terminology is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new recruitment tools and systems.
