Twój zakres obowiązków

• Issuing invoices, Proforma, Purchase orders, Credit notes, to customers and suppliers based on management needs.
• organizing documents such as tax and customs clearance, proof of delivery, invoices, saving it in the company's archive digital folders.
• Daily follow up on general Excel sheets to ensure data is up to date regarding invoice numbers, delivery dates and documents.
• Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repair services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters, including space management and office layout.
