Back Office Specialist with Czech and Slovak Languages (maternity cover)
Your responsibilities
We are pleased to present a job opportunity with a multinational corporation offering a culturally diverse working environment. We are currently looking for an experienced Back Office Specialist for a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service through accurate customer data processing and invoicing in our system. Your primary objective will be to maintain and enhance positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Processing customer, contract and invoicing data entry in the system.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintaining documentation and monitoring the validity of contracts and other documents needed to conduct transactions with customers.
- Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization.
- Drafting, storing, verifying, and archiving documentation.
- Preparing reports.
- Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide support to customers by answering inquiries via telephone and e-mail, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Our requirements
If you are native in Czech or Slovak language.Nice if you have communicative knowledge of English and Polish.If you have min. 1 year of experience in similar position and have back office processes knowledge and understanding.If you are self-reliance.If you are able to facility for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing work under pressure of time effectively.If you have excellent decision-making skills.If you are a team player.If you are expert in Microsoft Office package.What we offer
