Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, general management, or service delivery.
- Strong leadership background with the ability to inspire and manage distributed teams.
- Track record of improving efficiency, scaling operations, and managing performance.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in both English and Polish is required.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — you bring energy and clarity to complex environments.
