Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global PR strategy, tailored to our international presence while ensuring consistency across markets

Manage media relations across all regions – building strong relationships with business, tech and finance journalists

Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, thought leadership commentary, and executive interviews

Secure media coverage in top-tier and relevant niche publications, both proactively and reactively

Handle crisis communications planning and execution, supporting leadership with

risk management and messaging

Monitor media activity, track KPIs (e.g. earned reach, sentiment, share of voice), and provide actionable reporting to leadership

Identify and capitalize on thought leadership opportunities : conferences, industry panels, expert commentary, authored content

Manage external PR agencies across markets – from briefing and strategic alignment to execution, quality control and reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Legal, Customer Experience and Executive teams to align messaging

Requirements

5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications in a fast-paced international environment

Proven experience in creating and executing PR strategies across multiple markets

Excellent media network (ideally in Poland and / or key international markets)

Hands-on experience working with and managing external PR agencies, including multi-country coordination

Exceptional writing skills in both English and Polish (press releases, Q&A, statements, opinion pieces)

Solid understanding of reputational

risk management and crisis communications

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills – proactive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented

Knowledge of fintech, tech or regulated industries is a plus

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
