We are looking for :

Training and Development Specialist | CEE L&D Team

Your future role :

• Coordination and implementation of operational and administrative aspects of learning and development projects, especially training events, both classroom-based and online (e.g. training calendar maintenance, participant nominations, logistics management, attendance and cancellation management, classroom and virtual assistance, internal / external trainer planning and management, online training assignment, training materials preparation),
• Supporting administrative processes, processing invoices, adding new suppliers to the database,
• Analyzing data and creating necessary summaries, comparisons, and reports,
• Collaborating with external suppliers,
• Supporting the coordination of development and training programs,
• Supporting the process of building individual employee development paths.
