Training and Retail Talent Specialist

Your Responsibilities :

• Supporting the implementation of qualification and retail talent management projects for the BMW and MINI dealer network in Poland, including project coordination, organization, communication, and evaluation.
• Assisting in the daily operations of the BMW Group Training Centre located in Jawczyce.
• Reviewing and adapting training materials, including translations, to meet quality standards.
• Proactively communicating with dealers to recommend tailored training measures based on their specific needs.
• Organizing projects within the Retail Talent Management programme, including partnerships with schools, student events, and training sessions for teachers.
• Preparing Employer Branding campaigns and projects (e.g., participation in job fairs) in collaboration with external agencies and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Supporting financial processes, including managing the internal purchasing process, monitoring costs, and overseeing the invoice flow.
• Preparing qualification reports and presentations on training KPIs.
