About the Role & Team

Provide support for the Media Networks Programming team in CE in connection to content presentations, program screening, data management and activities related to production of monthly schedules and daily playlists.

Opportunity to support the MN Programming team in both daily processes and long-term projects, while gaining insight and understanding of the operation of linear channel programming and overall TV industry in the region.

We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

You will learn the programming workflows and gain the knowledge about the broadcast management system & other software.

Learn to navigate Broadcast Management System (BMS) – What’sON

Gain knowledge about programming content inventory used on linear channels. Prepare and share programming information within team and wider business (i.e. internal and external presentations)

Help programming team in preparation of the monthly linear highlights presentations.

Help programming team in preparation of the monthly non-linear schedules to fulfill affiliate commitments.

Cooperate with external partners (localization studios, operators, distributors) and provide all necessary information related to current programming plans (local metadata management, posters).

Learn basic knowledge about key performance indicators of channel performance and support the team in creating viewership presentations and reports.

Screen new content and learn about selection criteria.

Gain knowledge about TV media landscape in the region. Monitor competitors and provide information and insights from the market.

When required : Support scheduling Team CE on playlist preparation & delivery.

When required : Support linear programming Team CE on monthly linear schedules implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

You must be proactive in embracing this learning opportunity and demonstrate a flexible and dedicated approach to work. The skills you possess will include accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication and excellent presentation skills alongside enthusiasm for TV content and interest in the media industry.

Good work organization and sense of responsibility

Excellent communication skills and good command of English in verbal and written.

Proactive and positive approach to tasks.

Enthusiasm to kids, factual and scripted content.

Knowledge of TV / entertainment market will be a benefit.

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point will be a benefit.
