Administration Specialist (m / f / d)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Performs full administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature (frequently accesses highly confidential information and files)
• Takes over general administration tasks in the area of HR and Office Management such as holiday management; health checks, Benefits, HR systems, employee equipment, car fleet management etc.
• Conduct general assistance tasks like travel bookings, submit travel expenses, handle invoices, office space management and supply
• Handle / Support the operational sales process (price quotes, order management, deliveries, sample handling, quality claims)
• Work closely together with all other internal Departments like Purchasing, Sales, Product Management, Technical Support, Logistics, Tax and Legal
• Occasionally for as a contact point for external customers and support in all sales processes
• Follow up accounts receivable in close collaboration with Finance
