Performs full administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature (frequently accesses highly confidential information and files)
Takes over general administration tasks in the area of HR and Office Management such as holiday management; health checks, Benefits, HR systems, employee equipment, car fleet management etc.
Conduct general assistance tasks like travel bookings, submit travel expenses, handle invoices, office space management and supply
Handle / Support the operational sales process (price quotes, order management, deliveries, sample handling, quality claims)
Work closely together with all other internal Departments like Purchasing, Sales, Product Management, Technical Support, Logistics, Tax and Legal
Occasionally for as a contact point for external customers and support in all sales processes
Follow up accounts receivable in close collaboration with Finance
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Professional Education in Administration or commercial / business area
Some years of experience in an administrative role of a similar kind
Good organizational and communication skills, commercial experience,
High level of tact and integrity due to the sensitive nature of information
Team orientation while still being able to perform tasks independently
Business fluent levels of Polish and English
