HR Administration Process Lead with German

Your responsibilities
- Support the HR Admin transaction processing to cover processes like employee data changes, terminations / retirements, new hires etc.
- Escalation Management
- Identify trends and high volume transactions that may indicate org-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
- Ensures process compliances, Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client & internal commitments
Our requirements
English & German language proficiency at least B24+ years of experience in HR Administration (Employee Data, Benefits, Payroll)Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in payroll input coordination with clients / vendorsUniversity degree in any fieldStrong communication and customer service skillsResults and deadline drivenNegotiation skills good to haveWhat we offer
