Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management & Lead Activation :
Support the implementation and growth strategy for our digital sales channel
Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, LinkedIn, paid search, LLMs, webinars)Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through digital platformsDevelop customer journey flows for lead nurturing, upselling and retentionAlign campaigns with sales KPIs and product launch plansMarketing Automation & CRM :Develop and deliver targeted digital campaigns in line with brand and business goals, leveraging suitable marketing platforms to ensure effective execution
Develop and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g. in HubSpot or similar tools)Integrate campaigns with CRM and customer portals (e.g. SAP C4C, FlintLink)Ensure data accuracy, lead segmentation readiness and documentation of campaign activityContent & Channel Management :Create and coordinate digital content (e.g. landing pages, email templates, visuals)
Manage SEO / SEM and paid campaigns across relevant platformsCollaborate with Global Marketing teams as well as directly with external agenciesSupport Webshop content updates and promotional activitiesEngage in further developments of our B2B customer portal (FlintLink) working IT and Digitalisation teamPerformance Analytics & Reporting :Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, customer interactions and lead conversion
Build and maintain dashboards using common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, automation platforms)Analyze MQLs, traffic and ROI; contribute to A / B testing and optimizationTeam Collaboration & Governance :Work closely with Global Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Customer Service to align strategy and execution
