What you will enjoy doing

  • You drive growth and develop business by actively hunting for new opportunities, launching innovative product and service offerings in the packaged gases and retail sectors, and leverage market intelligence to penetrate untapped markets with tailored solutions
  • This role involves driving sales optimization initiatives, clearly differentiating and maximizing the benefits of diverse sales channels, and building strong relationships with local sales managers & customers
  • You will Identify and target potential customers across retail and packaged gases sectors, actively hunt for new opportunities, and expand the customer base, ensuring long-term partnership, and maximizing lifetime value
  • Also, you will improve, and implement strategies for direct and indirect sales channels, including expanding & optimizing partnerships with distributors, and external partners to maximize market access
  • You will refine commission structures for external sales partners to incentivize high performance, align behavior with growth goals, and improve sales partner engagement
  • Further, you will build strong relationships with retail customers and design compelling value propositions and retention strategies to effectively address market opportunities, driving volume growth and profitability through retail-focused campaigns, ensuring long-term partnerships, and maximizing lifetime value
  • With a competitive market analysis, you will stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, translating insights into actionable plans that drive aggressive and sustainable growth

What makes you great

  • You own a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, MBA or advanced education is a plus
  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management, including experience working with industrial gases, MPG, PGP, Retail, or related industries
  • Fruther, you are experienced in multi-channel sales management, with strong understanding of retail customer needs and behaviors and has a proven ability to build and execute dynamic growth initiatives
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales data, optimize partner strategies, and design effective commission schemes
  • You provide experience in managing external distributors, agents, or sales partners in a technical sales environment
  • This role demands a highly proactive, result-oriented individual, who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments, with a proven track record of optimizing sales channels
  • You bring outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills as well as proficient experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools
  • Also, you provide in-depth knowledge of industrial gases and their applications across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and food processing or similar industry experience
