Your responsibilities : Manage and enhance relationship with hospitals and private clinics in Central and East Poland. You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in subordinate area. Strong cooperation with Mindray’s distributors with supporting them to achieve their goals. Building and maintaining strong KOL’s relationships. Improving Mindray’s brand recognition on the market. Timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline per product and sales per the normal reporting cycles. Support distributors to achieve their goals. Implement marketing strategies. Attend local and national conferences and meetings to promote Mindray. Weekly activity reports. Forecast and opportunity reporting. What are we looking for in you? Comprehensive experience within medical devices dedicated to Anesthesia / Intensive Care / Operation Room. Experienced in product presentation. Demonstrate a track record that shows sales growth and successful business development. Have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in the Anesthesia / Intensive Care field. Proven ability to cooperate with distributors. Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical. “Drive” to support the achievement of financial sales goals. Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business. Independence – recognize how to get things done. Relationship skills – able to build strong positive relationships with Distributors key decision. makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization. Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills. Willingness to extend IT Connectivity knowledge. Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken. Able and willing to travel intensively. Ability to work in Poland without the requirement of company sponsorship. What’s in it for you?
