Job descriptionService-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience Fluency in Swedish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2), Administrative and technical knowledge, Outstanding communication skills and good listener, Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling, Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between : Mon-Fri 8 : 00-20 : 00 and weekends between 10 : 00-20 : 00. - Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
- Deliver technical support for the streaming company,
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support,
- Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.
