Role Overview
As a Senior HR Ops Specialist , you will take ownership of structuring and optimising HR administrative processes. You will ensure seamless operations across multiple legal entities and build efficient workflows. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating order out of complexity and is passionate about delivering excellence in HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Compliance : Oversee the setup and support of legal entities, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Documentation Management : Maintain accurate and organised employee documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and data protection policies.
- Audit and Reporting : Prepare for internal and external audits, track HR compliance metrics, and report potential risks.
- HR Operations : Lead administrative support for HR processes related to hiring, offboarding, and employment changes, focusing on legal accuracy and efficiency.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external legal and HR service providers to ensure local compliance.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on legal compliance and documentation.Legal Knowledge : Solid understanding of labour laws, especially in cross-border contexts, and experience with legal entity setup.Technical Skills : Familiarity with HRIS systems and digital documentation tools.Attention to Detail : High accuracy in handling legal and contractual documentation.Language Skills : Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of labour law in multiple jurisdictions is a strong advantage.Regional Expertise : Specific knowledge of Estonian and Lithuanian labour law is a significant plus.Key Soft Skills
