Job descriptionWykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki : zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi lub pokrewne Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w obszarze kontroli procesów i procedur HR Doświadczenie w obszarze audytu HR i / lub compliance Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (B2 / C1); mile widziana znajomość języka francuskiego Znajomość pakietu MS Office na poziomie średniozaawansowanym Umiejętności analityczne i orientacja na szczegóły Umowa o pracę podpisywana bezpośrednio z pracodawcą Możliwości rozwoju zawodowego w międzynarodowych strukturach Praca w modelu hybrydowym po okresie próbnym Atrakcyjne wynagrodzenie, premie i bogaty pakiet socjalny (m.in. prywatna opieka medyczna, ubezpieczenie na życie) Kursy językowe Praca w zespole specjalistów i ekspertów
Zakres obowiązków :
- Kontrola oraz analiza procesów i procedur HR w organizacji (1500 pracowników w 14 krajach), prezentacja wyników
- Aktualizacja instrukcji operacyjnych
- Raportowanie incydentów operacyjnych HR
- Współpraca w uzgadnianiu i raportowaniu planów działań oraz monitorowanie postępów
- Wsparcie w przygotowaniu do audytów wewnętrznych
- Aktywny udział w inicjatywach poprawy jakości i efektywności operacyjnej organizacji w obszarze HR
