Responsibilities
1) Administration & HR Operations Prepare employment contracts and respond to employee queries.
Coordinate working time management processes.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Cooperate with external vendors and partners.
Perform other relevant HR duties as needed.
Act as a local HR advisor for all HR-related matters.
Supervise the external HR and payroll service provider to ensure high-quality service andpliance with legal and internal standards.
Take full responsibility for payroll preparation, including accurate and timely payroll listpilation.
Oversee and manage thepany Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS), ensuringpliance with all applicable regulations.
Prepare and update internal HR regulations in response to legislative changes. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from job posting to hiring).
Coordinate the onboarding process, including document preparation and agenda planning. 3. Employee Relations & Benefits Foster positive employee relations and manage HR benefits.
Collaborate with leaders to interpret employee engagement data and support a positive work culture.
Build leadership capability through coaching, advice, and learning events. 4. Learning & Deployments Coordinate training agendas and learning initiatives.
Participate in the implementation of the HRM system (Workday). 5. Collaborate closely with the global HR team.
