HR and research assistant - contractor

Our global client is seeking skilled and bilingual Administrative HR Research Staff members to join their team for a short project-based assignment in Poland. This role involves conducting in-depth research projects while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Poland and English languages, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of independently managing research tasks.

This is an onsite (not remote) role.

This project is for short assignment on a month to month basis, a nd the possibility to be extended as we progress. We look forward to contacting freelancers with high accountability and great attitude for this job opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize a variety of research methods to gather relevant data and information
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear and concise reports
• Collaborate with team members to define research objectives and project requirements
• Assist in organizing and managing project-related documentation
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned research tasks
• Maintain and update databases with research findings and relevant information
