For our  Shared Services Center in Scoober Wroclaw we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training & Knowledge Specialist, responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining procedures, planning training programs and knowledge management systems that empower our employees to succeed. You will work closely with subject matter experts, collaborating across various countries and Global Teams to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. The specialist will also manage the SPOKE Knowledge Base, ensuring that all live operations processes and tools are effectively communicated and understood. Additionally, the role includes planning and executing new-hire onboarding programs, as well as assessing new joiners' progress and supporting their supervisors with valuable feedback.

Your main responsibilities will be :

Knowledge Management :

  • Develop and maintain training materials for new and existing processes
  • Ensure that all instruction articles are accessible and up to date
  • Continuously evaluate and update SOP’s content to reflect changes
  • Support process transitions across different markets
  • Communicate updates and changes related to SSC processes and tools to the relevant teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and gaps

Training & Onboarding for SSC new joiners :

  • Plan and organise a smooth training & onboarding process for each group of new joiners and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed
  • Assess new hires' performance post-onboarding and provide feedback to their Supervisors in consultation.
  • Implement continuous improvement of the training & onboarding process based on the feedback provided by internal customers and all stakeholders involved.
  • Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English required; other languages a plus)
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) – ability to create, edit, and collaborate on documents efficiently in a cloud-based environment;
  • Ability to translate complex processes into simple, clear, and engaging content
  • Experience with writing SOP’s, delivering training and building a knowledge base;
  • Experience with designing compelling slide decks, digital learning modules, instructional design and working with learning authoring systems is a big plus;
  • Experience with contact centre operations and functions across multiple departments is a plus
