Responsibilities :

leading, coaching and motivating the team of HR Administration specialists
ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently
overseeing the correctness of employee data in the SAP system ( changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, entries, resignations, additional information)
monitoring and prioritizing the workload
processing client's escalations
close cooperation with stakeholders

Profile :

languages : English (B2) and German (C1)

proven track record in leading a team within HR processes

SAP experience will be a plus

strong customer service mindset

ability to work as a part of the team and lead by example
